GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Morning Kelowna!!!!!!

This is the season for giving, and there was plenty of it at the Corel Centre Saturday night.

Mostly, Ottawa gave it to Toronto ...and boy did they give it to them good!

Don Cherry of Hockey Night in Canada even predicted the demolition of the Leafs at the start of the game:"Ottawa is 9-1 vs Northeast teams" and "Hasek is 8-0....lets just go home"...the Leaf fans and the Toronto colour commentator "Harry Bad combover Neal" laughed at that comment but after an 8-2 romp ..I think they should have listened to Cherry! Its not like the last time we played them the score was 8-0 (sounds like a football score!!)

I will admit that when Toronto scored first, my heart started to do a bongo solo, but when Dany Heatley and his wide gapped smile (Sens need to give their player Dental plans, cause with all that money poor guy still cant afford some teeth) scored his first in three games it was like medicine for my stressed out heart.

The Sens held on to the puck the whole game (like a stronger older brother teasing his younger and much slower brother) and badly out played, out muscled, out skilled, Outback Staked Housed the leafs... that's the kind of game it was on a night the Buds hardly touched the puck!

Even Chris Neil gave a good fist sandwich to Wade Belak. so in typical Leaf fashion (see 2001 regular season when Tie Domi beat up Arvedson in a street mugging affair) a few minutes later Clarke wilm decided to pick a fight with Brian Pothier (the smallest and weakest North American player on the sens team). I wish he would have tried that with Chris Neal, Fisher, Emry, Zdeno Chara or McGrattion so that he could have enjoyed the same faith as their so called tough guy "Tie Uni-brow Domi" who last time got knocked out flat on his bum with a broken nose....

Thanks for the early Xmas present Ottawa, since here in Kelowna all they show is the Vancouver Canucks, I really needed just such a SENSational high!
